I think Milwaukie has a great location and a nice mix of housing. The downtown area is nice and the close proximity to the river is really cool.
Milwaukie built the first public school in clack county 1884, thanks to Lot Whitcomb's saw mill at the mouth of Johnson Creek. Where Pendleton Woolen mills was for years.
 
For some stupid reason this thread reminds me of a stupid joke........My girlfriend said to kiss her in a stinky place, so I drove her to Albany.................................................................................................:drumroll:
 
You can put a tuxedo on a pig, but at the end of the evening its still a pig..........
I get it but it seems to have improved some, I guess. Lents park is still a great park, there are a lot of homeless along 205 and foster area.
