You can joke all you want son, you know what I meant. People on here have been saying how obvious it is that Zeller will help us more than Kanter ever could….. I’ve been saying since they signed him that won’t happen, simply because he won’t be healthy. This is a joke. Paying him more than Enes got in Boston did right. Time to tap into that deep bench…… oh wait.

I thought both Zeller and Kanter signed for minimum contracts this season...?

if that's true than the reason Kanter makes more is he's been in the league longer than Zeller

Kanters defense makes him hard to play major minutes in this league.

Enes signed for 2.6, Cody signed for 2.4

now, correct me if I'm wrong, but 2.6 is larger than 2.4.

again, they both signed for the minimum contract. Their teams will each pay a bit over 1.6M and the rest is paid by the league. Kanter makes more because he has 2 more years in the league than Zeller. That wouldn't have changed no matter where they signed

but I suspect you know that and are just giving HCP some grief

There is a reason one of the best rebounding and put back centers of all time has not really stuck anywhere…

Kanter couldn’t play in elimination game cuz of his defense. Our third string was 6’6” RHJ. We are deeper than that this year with Nance alone.

Only very well constructed teams have guys who are 6’7” as their third option at center. Very balanced roster. Fortunately neither of our centers has a history of injuries so this shouldn’t e an issue.
 
Ben Wallace is the same height as Larry Nance ...Charles Barkley is shorter than both of them....I just think this makes us use th 14th spot on Chris instead of Smith Jr or Patterson although I'd like to see them sign Chris to a two way and pick up Ed Davis
