@Natebishop3 did you really expect people on here to do anything but bash Meyers? That's all they do. That's why it's annoying to have a "Meyers appreciation" thread, because no matter how you meant it, all its gonna turn into is a bunch of people talking shit.

I got 8 minutes and 38 seconds in before I lost interest. You're right...it's complete horseshit. Olshey's only saving grace this season was getting Nurk...which I give him credit for practically kidnapping the man from Denver and getting a billion dollar ransom at the same time.

Beyond that, Olshey is shit. And Meyers is proof of this. He should have let him walk when he had the chance.

Whatever he is doing for his mindset....he should start doing the opposite NOW. That's not to say the problem is all in his mind. He might just not have the skill.

When you are that size and play that position you are expected to rebound. The talk around here was that Nurk would show him. I'll bet he won't be here next season.
 
Nurkic is injured, Ed Davis is out for the rest of the season and Ezeli never did play. That is 3 big men out of the rotation and yet Meyers can only get 11 minutes in a game against a legitimate 'big'. 11 freaking minutes! What a complete joke. I get that Stotts has a penchant for going small almost any time that he can but this is on Meyers. 0 points on 0-4 shooting with 2 rebounds when the Blazers are DESPERATE for a big man presence.

Not only did Neil draft this clown, he re-signed him. That isn't a 'needle mover', that is needle apparatus destruction.
