Robin Lopez's new nickname is "Splash Mountain."

You mean Brook?

He’s been awesome. Giannis and 4 great shooters on the floor way a great idea. Even Henson learned to shoot. Basically they figured it was easier to allow Giannis to do what he’s good at and have everyone else do the only thing he’s not capable of doing well enough: SHOOT.

Yeah Brook. That's hilarious. Had no idea he was THAT tall.

Damn. That's impressive.

Well, that assumes he plays in all 82 games and continues to make 3-pointers at his current rate. The last time he played in all 82 games was 2010-11 - two years before Dame's rookie year.

Still he's played 75 and 74 games the last two seasons. If he plays in 74 games this season, continues to attempt 7.0 3-pointers a game, even if he only makes .350 of them (currently making .418), he'll still shatter the record with 188 made 3-pointers for a player => 7'0".

The Warriors look like DOGSHIT tonight! They’re getting destroyed.

No curry

Curry is the daddy of that team. Without him their a regular good team
I think if they prematurely come to an end itll be because of Curry’s lower body. The Green / KD stuff isnt nearly as important as if the greatest shooter in basketball can get out there.

Without Curry they are not scary whatsoever. Like I said their a regular good team but with him their just historically too good

SHEEEEEEIIIIIT!
That team is unstoppable even without Curry. You saw them play like shit tonight. My opinion it's a mental hangover from all the Draymond/KD bullshit.

Their record without Curry since Durant joined is 19-16 with Durant on the floor. Not good.

OKC is 9-1 since starting 0-4 when Westbrook was injured and first coming back. They are only 1 GB of the Blazers after that disastrous start.

Exactly my point. Curry imo is better than Durant. He’s that amazing. Without him Warriors are like I said regular good

Adding Dennis Schroder was great for them

Playing out around the perimeter shooting threes is easier on the body.

If they're a "regular good team" without Curry, why are they getting blasted by Milwaukee and Houston and even the Clippers. Looks like they're a lotto team without Curry.

The line for Green last night is pretty bad.
0-3 and 0-2 from three point.
5 rebounds
5 assists
5 turn overs
zero blocks
zero offensive rebounds

Almost 24 minutes of play.

I would still take him.

Their schedules been pretty weak though. Ours has been tough.

Agreed, Blazers SOS is stronger although OKC's really went down with their last two opponents with a combined 7-22 record. The also played NOP and HOU with Anthony Davis and James Harden were Portland got to skip those players with those opponents. The played GS with Curry (and w/o) Westbrook and it looks like Portland may miss Curry as well.

Such a big deal was made about LeBron passing Wilt on the scoring list. I'm guessing if Wilt had started at 19 instead of 23 everyone would still be chasing that record for a very long time. By age, LeBron had over 8400 points before Wilt every played in an NBA game.

So their winning because Westbrook and PG is that amazing ?

No, they're winning because they're a decent team that has played a lot of sub-par teams lately.

The Thunder are 9-1 since starting 0-4. The 9 wins include:

Phoenix (3-11), LA Clippers (9-5), Charlotte (7-7), Washington (5-9), New Orleans (7-7), Cleveland (2-12), Houston (7-7), Phoenix (3-11), and New York (4-11).

That's exactly ONE team over .500 and a combined 47-80 record.

Oh, and their one loss was to the 6-8 Dallas Mavericks.
