I went back and watched again. Casey holdahl explicitly says, NOT necessarily on the blazers.
 
Pelicans turns down Lakers offer Of Ball, Kuz, Ingram, Zubac, KCP, Hart and 2 first rounder for AD and Solomon Hill. Do we have anything to beat that offer? lol asking for a friend

I'd do that in a heartbeat, but I really like Hart.

I find it hard to believe given the contract situation. Conley is still under contract for two more seasons after this one, Lowry just one.
 
I like Saric a lot..I might like Layman better though...unless we move some players Thon Maker would probably be easy to pick up with the exception and pick as would Julius Randle who I really think would be a difference maker for us
 
So, is everyone waiting for Davis to get moved before the other trades start coming in?

I love how the lakers think adding all their trash instead of just some makes their offer better. Put it like this, if Dame wanted out and the Lakers offered us that package, I’d pass too. Not one of those guys scream all star potential to me. I don’t see Kuzma getting better. Ingram is more Wiggins than KD. Ball isn’t worth talking about.

Portland should be trying to get in there

What I'm most curious about the LAL offer is whether they'd be worse by getting rid of all those guys and having to find replacements OR if they'd be worse KEEPING some/all of those guys.

I'd be tempted to say I want NOP to take their deal because I think there's a good chance it would kill LAL. Finding one or two replacements shouldn't be hard, but finding FIVE replacements would be tough. On the other hand, if NOP just took the picks + Zubac/filler, it would be hilarious to watch LAL continue to struggle with both LBJ and AD because of the general mediocrity of Ball/Kuz/Wiggins.
