I don't think it helps to pretend that anyone involved in government is necessarily corrupt, or that there are no shades of grey.

That's the way corruption flourishes, voters refuse to penalize it when they see it, because 'the other guy is surely corrupt also'.

I figured I'd get a quick response from the forum scalawag, its like with certain topics, Turn me on, Im quick response.
Never said anyone, involved, I mention two corrupt candidates. Neither have been arrested or indicted, Ill admit that though.
The voters did indeed penalize, last election, and look at what we have now.
Ever consider how many in congress, become multi millionaires after a decade or so? I doubt its because of their servant hood paycheck from being in congress.
Sure there are shades of grey and its certainly not all, but it does exist and with the public scrutiny nowadays some of the shaky practices are exposed to the whole world.

I think they are working on holding a debate this Sunday; and probably considering whether they can have the convention this summer as planned.

Maybe you meant Biden's campaign strategy?

The DNC clearly got one of the establishment candidates they wanted. The only problem is they got the senile one who clearly suffers from dementia and impressively rivals Hillary Clinton in terribleness. Their last hurdle is to somehow hide this person from the public view while simultaneously running him as a presidential candidate.

Let’s see how it all works out.

I dont think Bidens “terrible-ness” is anywhere near the same stratosphere as Hillary, he seems fairly likeable. We also dont really know if his mind is slipping could put together sound bites of any of us and make us sound like idiots.

Baloney. He was always gaffe prone. He's got dementia now. I've stumbled and said the wrong things since I was a kid.

When he was trying to say "all men are created equal......" he literally starts saying what he is thinking out loud. "YOU KNOW THE THING"


That was his interal monologue spoken aloud. People are making fun of him when it is just plain sad.

I speak my internal monologues out loud all the time, thats why I get in trouble with my wife so often, I don't have dementia yet. You’re free to have your opinion, and while I can see and have said I understand why people think his mind is going, I think its premature to say he’s got dementia based off of a some video’s where he’s rambling about who knows what.
I am not making fun of him, I mis-speak all the time and I have a huge fear of public speaking so Id be incredibly hypocritical to give someone else crap for their ability to speak in public.
Even outside of his politics, I sincerely hope he isn't losing it.

He's obvious losing it. People have been SCREAMING for Trump's tax returns for years.

Joe Biden's medical records being released is the LEAST he could do.

If he hasn't been tested he needs to be seen by someone. Trying to hide his senility should be a crime.

Joe Biden was a lying corporate owned credit card company shill and war mongering traitor to this country and has been for decades.

Part of me is sad to see a human being losing his mind before our eyes. The other part believes in Karma.

Bidens definitely part of the, “establishment” and all the... stuff(?) thats associated with that, not arguing that.
I know you wisely stay off of here, but Im not voting for Bernie or Biden or Trump, hoping for Gary Johnson type again, or a write in. I just dislike saying some one has lost it when I dont know, and honestly most of my exposure to him is viral video’s and terribly ran debates. So you might be right, I dont know, but Im not sure any of us know though.

Joe knows. I've been watching him since I was a teenager. Motorweek and The McLaughlin Group were two of my favorite shows in the 80s. Biden's lies were known then.

This is sad. The DNC dragged this guy out here to use him. They are lying dog faced pony soldiers if they pretend otherwise.
