NBA refereeing has been hard to predict/figure out this season.
I've seen so many clear fouls that don't get called.

And as discussed in previous games... the challenges that seem obvious to some, still won't get overturned.

Gets back to why burning timeouts too quickly in the middle quarters is reckless.

Blazers right now not making 3s and that’s what they need .
 
The first games of the season were so fun. Since that, i completely lost interest in this Team, and it sucks
 
well the good news is they might be able to beat the hornets. That's about their speed

Didn’t matter. We were never in this in the 4th anyway. Jokic is incredible.

Correct... my statements were as much about past/future gripes regarding wanting earlier timeouts and more challenges as they were about this game.

Jokic is great. Denver is a tough place to win.
 
The Blazers put shit in our stockings this year. I guess we can't expect any less.
 
Ant....shoots 27.3 % for the game...worst of the team. Hart shot 75% and didn't get touches when we needed them. I'm having a hard time watching Ant trying to shoot himself out of slumps and not succeeding
 
Well the Blazers are who we thought they were, they just got us a little excited to start the season. Would be cool if we could somehow get Victor Wembanyama!
 
Well the second half of the second quarter was fun.

I think we're currently out of the playoffs, right?
 
West playoffs will be wild this year. We won’t be a part of it though.

It’s not all the time when someone admits to being a fair weather/bandwagon fan. Good for you.
 
I’m going to become a Magic fan. They’re a great story this season.
 
The obvious things that kept this from being closer:
  1. Getting outscored in the non-Jokic minutes
  2. Ant's horrid shooting
  3. Nurk's 4 turnovers & 6 fouls in 21 minutes.
  4. Overall poor 3pt shooting.
Having said all that, we've played 20 games on the road, tough early schedule, Dame missed a few weeks, and we're still near .500. Could certainly be worse!

Both of those were ridiculously ticky-tack. Also: when you're that large, momentum is a real issue.
