Did I read that correctly? 3 games against Phoenix before November 6th?
And then not again the rest of the season?
 
I see at least 3 back-to-backs against the same team in the same city - that's trash scheduling.
 
Only THREE…… 3 nationally televised games…… WOW. I’m guessing that’s the lowest amount in my 22 years with the team.
Before you mouth breathers freak out….. NBATV games are NOT really nationally televised games. The league piggybacks off the local broadcast…. Steals their feed and show and just talk over the top of it back in Atlanta. So the NBA and it’s NATIONAL affiliates looked at our talent level and said, you know what we only need to fly a crew out THREE times?!?

I’ll take it a step further….. the opponents are the Clippers/Grizz/NOLA….. I’m thinking PG13,Kawaii,Zion and Ja will be showcased, what do you guys think?

I think it’s about right for a team likely battling it out for the 10th seed, just curious what you level headed fans with realistic expectations for this roster this season feel?

I'm right there with you. Whether it is 7th or 10th, I think we make the play-in.

4 consecutive games vs the same team.
11/4 & 11/5 at Suns
12/10 & 12/12 vs Twolves
12/19 & 12/21 at Thunder
1/14 & 1/15 vs Mavs

Yep, no need for teams to fly WAY up here to Portland TWICE when you can get it done in ONE trip.
 
Wouldn’t be surprised if Miami had a few of these as well.

I think it's more about us finishing with under 30 wins last season than it is a projection about our current roster. The league and networks switch who plays on national TV during the season a lot. So if we're as lowly as you think we'll be I imagine we'll only be on ESPN and TNT those three times but if our team is better than what you think they'll be, we'll get more nationally telivised games... it happens for some teams every season.

And Dame will rip their heart out in all 3.
 
I hate the National Broadcast teams. They are only licking who they deem important in that game's junk for most of it. Annoying. I prefer the local broadcast team, which is as good as any National team going.
 
I think playing the same team twice in a row in the same city is a better option for the road team as opposed to flying into the city twice on two different trips. Which means it could hurt us at home for those two series.

As for playing national games....the less the better for me. I prefer to watch the games on league pass.
