Is there a specific, league wide clause on any contracts’ trade abilities? Or is that written in per individual contract, as desired by team & player?
Meaning, can any of these signings be used in a trade immediately, or is there a league moratorium, regardless of contract specifics?
If not, I would assume all of the signings are good for Portland; more trade options out there?

Were not signing free agents, we need a trade. Not sure why some are freaking out that other teams are signing players. We signed the guy we had to bring back and now its time to work up trades and i would think letting free agency pass allows for more trade options with known values.

I mean most of the players would be on the same timeline. Ant would have to accept a 6th man scorer role though.
 
I have this sick feeling Dame is going to be traded today. I’m all for trading Dame and want him to be happy and all but at the same time I hope we would get back other pieces to be excited about.

I have the exact same. Every notification on my twitter makes me unconfortable.
 
Dame cannot be traded for another week ish or something like that so I would not worry about seeing a Dame trade and to be honest prolly not even a request at this time. He will give them a week or two then we could see him declare his independence from this crappy owner and GM if they do nothing.

Could be announced but not finalized until he can be traded.

It can happen at any time and not announced until the moratorium is over. Just like the FA deals.

The NBA is fucked. I'm tired of the Blazers having to stay within some kind of cap movement BS, but the Lakers & Phoenix can perform cap gymnastics like it's easy peasy. With 5 guaranteed contracts adding up to 170 mil. , the Suns should have only been able to sign 10 other players at maybe 700 thousand per. But they signed Eubanks, and then signed Metu for 2 years 5 mil. How? The Lakers are spending money like it's Rodeo Drive. They should only be able to go thrift store hunting. But i hear the talking heads on the radio here acting like the Blazers can't do that because they'd be hardcapped, or some other BULLSHIT. WTF!
 
What I am really getting tired of is people already acting like all hope is lost cause Blazers did nothing outside of re-signing Grant but let's be honest the contract's being handed out yesterday were crazy and I feel alot of players got overpaid. Let's examine a couple of the targets starting with the Net's Cam Johnson who got about 25 to 26 million per season. He is not worth that he is worth more like 18 to 22 per season and not too mention he only plays an average of 60 to 65 games a season due to various minor injuries. I am not going to mention Draymond cause he was NEVER coming even if this team was in a better spot he was never coming specially after the Warriors traded Poole who he punched that pretty much told everyone who they were choosing.

Look at the other deals like Vanvleet he got 40m per season and there is no friggin way he is worth that more like what Ant got 25 ish per season but also so many other bloated contracts too . Now I believe a lot of the money has been spent so anyone who in a unrestricted FA is going to have trouble finding those types of lucrative deals now. Also the Blazers still have to try and trade Ant and they have a couple TPE to use one decent size a shade under 8m and another like 2.5 ish or something they could use. All I am saying is be a little more patient but I will admit if the 4th rolls around and it's still this silent outside of Thybulle resigning then I would be worried.
 
I'm staying hopeful, while gawking at the numbers being given to some of these guys.
