I think Brogdon is happy to be out of the situation in Boston where he wasn't going to get a chance to be the starting point guard.

I also think Cronin has earned some cachet with both players and GMs and Brogdon is optimistic about where he'll end up eventually.

Four out of five players surveyed recommend Cronin.
Funny. I don’t think he has a chance in hell of starting here though.

I didn’t hear great things about him in Indy either.

I haven’t read that and I scoured the interwebs. The only thing I could find was some dude on a Bucks podcast that said Brogdon’s a ‘cancer’ because when he got traded to Indiana he was quoted as saying, ‘he wished the Bucks valued him more.

From an analytics standpoint Brogdon is one of the more underrated players in the league. A slightly poor man’s version of Holiday, with more size and being 6’5” can defend 1-3.

I think he’s going to be a part of the team this year.

I also read about him being angry with Boston the way they handled his injury, which led to him wanting out.

I read somewhere that he was behind McMillan getting fired in Indy. And now there’s rumors about him in Boston.

...maybe he's just one of those highly intelligent introverts that is easily misunderstood :dunno:

He would have had a higher ceiling relative to where he was drafted because (a) probably not as good a basketball player at 19 as he was at 22 so his net present value would have been based more on future value (and ceiling) than what he was capable immediately after being drafted, and (b) he would have gone later in the draft. Compared to the 22 year olds that would have been available when he would have been drafted, he ABSOLUTELY would have had a higher ceiling than those older guys (like Nolan Smith) who may have been drafted around there... if those players were three years more mature, three years more of college AND had as much potential for growth as he did, they wouldn't have slid to the spot where a hypothetical teenage Dame would have been drafted.
But do you agree Dame’s absolute ceiling would the same?

Well he is quite some time behind sarge being fired from Portland, so we are probably fine on that front

2 of them From 2018, Ant is also from 2018. We have 3 of the top 24 pick in 2018 class.
