We put in a gritty effort, but Houston lost this game. I hope we win the next one.
I don't know. Both teams had huge lapses in this game. If we would have lost the game I would have felt more like we lost it than Houston won it. I guess that's the nature of games that are this close and as you said, gritty.

We made one of the better closers in league history miss a mid range jumper to win this game... and yet again we didn't box out but the clock ran out on them... and that's all because of them having a chance to win it when Caleb should have had the chance to at least force them to take a three for the tie.

So yeah we didn't play our best and they didn't either. It's actually a great win for our young team because there are a ton of things for them to learn from and we still got that winl.

It’s neither here nor there now but in the last big fracas under our rim where Houston got the rebound and passed it out, the Houston rebounder was clearly over the line when he passed the ball and the refs just didn’t call it.

Wow, those refs really tried to fuck us but in the end they had to overturn their final shitty call and give us our win and the Rockets their loss.

I understand that he tipped the ball before the foul.

What I don't understand is why the foul wasn't a foul 🤷‍♂️
Because refs are literally crooked and can be bought. Gambling is a big thing. Refs need to be replaced with AI. I want that fucking housekeeping robot from the Jetsons out there instead of these dishonest little prigs!

Watched that a bunch of times. It's really really close and if you ask me the Blazers got a gift in them overturning that last shot. Could very easily been called a score and a win for the Rockets. To see the refs actually take the points back off the board was a tough call at best.

It was clearly still being touched by the Rocket player's hand with the red light on around the backboard. Open your eyes. If anything, this corrected the egregious overturn of the foul against Love, where the refs tried to hand the game to the Rockets.

Do you realize how many people bet on this game? And the dollar amounts? You think the refs aren't crooked? The NBA is literally tied with the mob. Documented. Have you seen how many couches have been getting technicals lately and ejected? The officiating is a joke. Completely crooked.

And actually, it's amazing that the refs didn't try to gift the Rockets the game with the last call on the tip-in, but you know what? This is a fact: it was not up for interpretation or argument; when you pause the replay, his hand is clearly touching the ball when the red light goes on. It would have caused an extreme backlash and investigation into the refereeing. It couldn't be called anything but a no basket. The refs are crooked, but they aren't dumb.

You watched it a bunch of times and didn't see his fingers clearly on the ball with the red light on? I mean replay paused it. It was clear as day.

Hmm….

I don’t know man. It’s really close. And in my opinion the shot doesn’t show clearly that the ball was already tipped or being tipped. Not “clear as day” as you call it. Glad they got the call but you have to admit that might not have warranted an over turn.
