Yeah each team in the lottery has a representative - for the Blazers winning the Oden lottery it was Kevin Pritchard even though ROY was the guy on the TV show. Then some NBA guys then an independent auditor such as Ernst & Young.

Ernst & Young had $51 billion in revenue compared to all 30 NBA teams together having 11 billion. So I find it laughable when nutjob conspiracy fans think the NBA would be able to fix the lottery so team X gets whatever player.
