A little rule change I'd like to see (this is my Jeff Van Gundy moment with his brother announcing the game) is the scorer making judgment calls when it comes to turnovers. It shouldn't just default to the passer when a guy fumbles it out of bounds. I get that right now the rule has to do with the last player who had established possession but I don't like that because a ton of turnovers are put on passers that did everything right.
