Well our defensive ineptitude is finally showing up tonight. Totally look lost in our own zone.
 
It's night and day when you watch these two teams in the offensive zone. Canadiens go to the net and crash it and create traffic. Rangers stay to the outside and avoid making Price uncomfortable. Only guy going to the net is Nash. Kreider...useless. Hayes....useless. All our big bodies....useless.
 
Not a good 1st period but only down 2-1. Too many Rangers not playing well right now to win a series but lets see in the 2nd. Kreider Hayes Staal Holden Stepan just brutal right now
 
Holden is the studio guest in between periods. Doesn't that mean he should do something good in the second?
 
Lots of stupid stuff going on tonight. Hard to feel bad for them.
 
I have no clue what Zucc was doing with this stick there. Just a dumb careless penalty.
 
Well the implosion is in effect. Thank god our PK stepped up big there. Be nice to get a PP and actually score a fucking goal.
 
Lmao Kreider pussies out of a chance to make a play and slides down like he's Romo about to take a sack. Give me Glass in game 6.
 
Too bad they don't have messier to beat some sense into Kreider in the locker room.
 
This team is just so soft. Any time they get a chance to make a hit and make a play, they do a flyby and don't hit the guy. When the puck is in the defensive zone and they may have to take a hit to make a play, they puss out and don't do a damn thing and instead give the puck away. This team NEEDS Glass out there to hit people. They also NEED Holden to run someone and hurt someone with a cheap shot.
 
This game is VERY reminiscent of game 3. Rangers just don't seem to be playing with any emotion whereas Montreal is playing like it's a playoff game.
 
You know who is missed in a game like this? Prust. He could make decent plays on the forecheck, could backcheck and wouldn't let the Canadiens fly all over the ice at the Rangers like they are.

Not a smooth period for the Rangers, they really got dominated but getting that late goal to tie it up was all they needed. Gotta come out with high intensity in the third. No more passing up shots for Buch, I am certain of that.

Stay out of the box and keep grinding. It should be obvious by now the types of goals Price gets beat on. You have to get in close. Drive to the net or get the back deep and try to get pucks in front. Obviously the biggest period of the series coming up.
 
With any sort of pulse on the pp this series could be close to over.
