I've had youtubetv for a couple years now, and never knew that channel, plus KPTV+, was offered.

Are you confirming those channels are on YouTubeTV? I have Fubo currently & am looking to possibly change to a different streaming service since I don’t need Fubo for Root or Pac 12 network anymore. And Fubo never has had TNT & recently removed a bunch of other channels I liked (discovery, history, animal planet etc).

It appears that the CW is available on Hulu as well as TNT,

I have Spectrum cable, the eternal nemisis of Comcast. They too demanded an extra chunk of change to "upgrade" to the ROOT Sports Plus package.

the "charge more for Blazer games" idea started the end of the 2023 season.

Mariners games began to overlap Blazers games. ROOT showed M's games, and the Blazer games were pushed into ROOT Sports Plus channel that was not part of the basic cable package.

It was a small handful of full tank Blazer games that were effected, so fans were already tuned out. Nobody cared to watch Cronin & Billups tanking with G-League players. The "no Blazers game on TV ??" hiccup went virtually unnoticed.

Fast forward the 2023 summer until 2 weeks before the new season started. Blazers fans were sent the memo: "you must buy the Root Sports Plus package to watch Blazer games".

That's scammy as heck. Whether it's ROOT, or the cable companies, probably both.... it was a sneaky move. Jody casually went with the flow, and lost a huge percentage of viewership numbers.

Scoot needs mainstream coverage. All the Blazers do. Give the people back their Trailblazers !!

Simons dropping 40's, Shaedon Skywalking, Grant lead striker, Avdija finding a rhythm, Thybulle & Camara causing chaos, Ayton & Clingan dominatin'.. these shouldn't be hidden in a locked closet with an "upgraded cable only" key.
 
Does this mean we can drop cable and just do basic TV and some streaming services?

Hey BeerBoy...... with OSU and WSU joining the WCC for hoops and other sports.....if they aren't nationally televised, all their games will be on ESPN+ which is cool.
