Plus throw in a shit-ton of picks, including maybe some from Charlotte to NO.

Granted it's a pipedream, but: New Orleans clears their two biggest contracts for a rebuild, something made possible because we take on Batum (which probably nobody else would). Also Charlotte get insurance in case Kemba Walker leaves.

Criticisms:
Is CJ even as good as Holiday? (Answer: in theory, no, but Holiday has had many injury scares and CJ is splashier, particularly in this year's playoffs.)
Would Charlotte give up Bridges? (Answer: who knows? Jordan does crazy shit.)
Is this better than what Boston or LA could offer? (No, but maybe they try to lowball NO. Also, they probably wouldn't take on both contracts.)
But couldn't NO trade Holiday separately if they wanted to get rid of him? (Uh, I guess. Look, what do you want from me?)

I know Ellis and Curry played together. Ellis was traded to make room for Curry.
Actually the Bucks GM at the time has said that the Warriors first offered them Curry (and filler) for Bogut. They got Curry's medicals and turned their offer down. They countered with Ellis instead and initially the Warriors didn't want to trade Ellis only Curry but finally gave in.

Oh how things would've been different.

FUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fucking Pelicans. I was holding out hope at the very least they wouldn't give in to trading him to the Lakers.

They now have the #1 and #4 picks in this draft and two future firsts. They also have a solid core going for them as well with JRue, Randle, and now Ingram.

They are expected to pick Zion at #1. Who do you think they will target at #4?

New Orleans got fucked big time. Lakers steal a top 5 player for a bunch of role players and mediocre picks

Ok the #4 pick might be ok.
The two future 1sts will be like picks in the 20’s probably.
Lonzo is bad and injured all the time.
Ingram has a condition and who knows about his future.

This goes way beyond the Blazers to me, seems like a lot of GM’s just decided the flight risk wasnt worth it. A lot of GM’s not willing to take a risk, because probably 10-15 gm’s couldve put together a much better package.

Yeah, but the future picks won't be high. I think they took a shit deal.

Agree. The two future firsts won't have as much value. I was looking at it with their young solid core and the #4 pick to go along with Zion.

I can’t believe this. How does the NBA allow this?
