They're not iconic... they're ugly.

And I had/have one somewhere lol

I think the Sixers' iconic jerseys are the ones they had when they faced the Blazers in the finals. These were basically graffiti on cloth.

it's probably been mentioned in this thread and I just missed it since it's 3 day old news but:

so, a 4 year, 57.3M/year contract for Fox. This from the Spurs who are pretty good at assessing value. Did they suddenly get stupid last week? Or has the new media deal drastically changed contract calculus?

That's a base salary of 30% of the projected cap and an annual salary of 32% of next summer's cap. Obviously, that percentage may drop is the cap escalates by 10% a year

this is another reason why that clown article in the Sharpe thread talking about getting him signed for 8-9% of the cap was so damn stupid

The Spurs have GOT to be planning to trade Fox, right? I mean, they just picked him up because Sacramento was offloading him cheap, but you don't draft two great lead guards in successive drafts and have them come off the bench behind a player whose only claim to fame was that he fucked over a team by getting them not to draft Luka and then to trade a far better PG to the Pacers.

Now that Masai's been kicked out in Toronto I still think a Fox-for-Scottie Barnes swap makes too much sense not to happen.

Apparently we have the second-most-valuable traded draft pick!

(And if we hadn't been scared of New Jersey drafting Yang, we could easily have had the first, as well.)

Actually, the most interesting part of this is that the Blazers really want to make the playoffs this year or next - so they can send their pick to Chicago and not lost the ability to swap with Milwaukee in 2028...

Their push for win now makes sense when you think about it that way.

Yeah. It just sucks that it comes in a really good draft.

https://www.espn.com/mens-college-b...recruit-babatunde-oladotun-reclassifying-2026

Babatunde Oladotun, the No. 1 high school basketball player in the ESPN class of 2027, is reclassifying to the class of 2026 and will graduate in the spring from Blake High School in Maryland.

Still just 16 years old, Oladotun follows in the footsteps of top prospects such as A.J. Dybantsa and Cooper Flagg, who reclassified after strong showings in summer play. Oladotun won't be 17 until December, much like Flagg's timeline when he reclassified to the class of 2024.

Expect Oladotun to rank within the top 10 prospects of the class in ESPN's next ranking update.

Fox got the Kings to first playoffs in 16 years. He is a legend there. Commander of the Beam Team. Curry & Looney ended their dreams early but they eliminated GS the following year.

Selling high on Camara for 2 FRPs? Not that awful if it happened. Great for Warriors.

But the kicker is that Tou sulks and his handlers float rumors that the Warriors misdiagnosed an injury and made him play before he was healthy. Then Tou forces a trade back to the Blazers for two 2R picks. Then Tou turns out to be just fine.

Cronin play 6D chess.

Do they treat him with injections or just pills?
