Good read. Talks about a deal that was actually agreed to that would of sent love to Denver and Denvers 13th pick and Gary Harris to pacers, Cleveland gets George but Pritchard backed out. Also mentions us trying to offer our three picks to George. I kinda see kyrie side now but still puzzled why he wants out of a very good situation at this moment

Windhurst also tweeted out that Kyrie's people let it be known 3 years ago he didn't like cleveland, then he also tweetd out that Kyrie thought about asking for a trade after both the first finals loss and then the championship year as well. Kyrie has been thinking of leaving for years.

This was the suggestion I saw from Bill Simmons, which I thought was actually quite good:

Knicks get: Kyrie, Shump's deal
Suns get: Ntilinka, Frye's expiring
Cavs get: Melo, Bledsoe, NYK 2018 1st

A good (and cheap) prospect plus and expiring is decent value for Bledsoe, who has never made the jump to star-caliber and is expensive. Especially for a rebuilding team.

Bledsoe is not that expensive. He makes $14.5M which is good value in this market, and he is way better than Ntilikina is likely to become. Besides I doubt Suns want to that young - they already have Booker, Jackson, Chriss and maybe Bender who will be getting significant minutes.

So are you benching wiggins or is he going be part of the trade?
Part of the trade of course. I don't think Timberwolves can get Irving without offering Wiggins - how would that even work? Dieng, Jones and picks don't get you Kyrie Irving.

I broke my glass knee while walking. Trade me!!!

Do you think Memphis and Cleveland would agree to Conley+Gasol for Irving+Love+Shump? I think it helps both teams, short term for Cavs and long term for Memphis.

Suns and Timberwolves make the most sense as trade destinations. Suns have some good short and long term assets to offer, and so do Timberwolves. I don't think Cavs will be looking to trade him just for a bunch of average players, they will need to either get one sure thing for now (Bledsoe etc.) or a top prospect for future (Wiggins, Jackson, Booker, Chriss etc.). Suns are in a perfect position in that they can offer them both and still keep some good future prospects. I would try with Bledsoe + Bender first, then try to add a pick. Irving/Booker/Jackson/Chriss is a good core and leaves money to negotiate with Cousins next year.
