Are we done? Are we going into next year with Swanigan and Collins replacing Quarterman and Ezeli and that's it? Fuck.
It sure could be.

We need to try to get a 1st or a couple 2nds for them. We have a logjam at PF. Vonleh, Aminu, Davis, Collins, Swanigan...It's not like we had a ton of flexibility to make moves. The draft was Olshey's main source of talent income this year, either via actually drafting, which he did, or trading the picks for a veteran.
The rest of our roster is pretty...hard to move, for various reasons. Except perhaps for guys like Aminu and Davis who aren't at the top of their value and any trades involving them as principles would amount to shuffling deck chairs.

So I shouldn't question whether we'll make any move or not and I shouldn't be upset if we return 13 of 15 players from last years team?I don't really expect us to do much of anything during free agency, in regards to trades, so it's still possible I'll be pleasantly surprised, but it's comical to me that less than 24 hours into the moratorium, and we already have people complaining and questioning us being done.
Aminu at SF? Please no...Aminu could probably swing back to small forward--they can survive his lack of shooting there if they play him with someone like Collins, who can shoot. It's still a logjam, I agree, but I'd rather see if Davis can rebuild his value a bit first. He was a significantly better player before last season and it's not like he's at an age where you expect age-related decline. If he returns to form, perhaps he can be moved at the deadline for something useful.
You can be upset all you want to be. Just saying it's ridiculous to complain if we're done 20 hours into free agency is all.So I shouldn't question whether we'll make any move or not and I shouldn't be upset if we return 13 of 15 players from last years team?
Whatever you say, dude.
you're already getting triggered bones...chill out..don't hate on the team before training camp has even started...we're dumb to sell low on guys we could move at the deadline at possibly higher value..Aminu at SF? Please no...
nope...not over any basketball related issues ever....any of the older Blazer fans around here have stuck with them through really rough times...this is a good rebuild so far with Nurk added and youth...lot of bigs that aren't getting ready to retire for a change.I shouldn't be upset

Yay we get to finish 10th in the west and get a pick in the 10-14 range in a bad draft! We're set for the season.
Olshey doesn't trade guys he at some point acquired.

Not me. I barely post in the main section but Nurk made me post more. Once the season starts I'll pay attention. No nurk, not much interest.Have half of the board forgotten we traded for a guy named Nurkic last season or what ?
It's not really market value when nobody else is paying the same.#marketvalue

Don't know if anybody posted this but saw this earlier and thought it was absolutely ridiculous

I think he is gone from Utah but if he ends up in Miami that would be interesting because I fully expected and still kinda do for him to go to Boston. Would be a failure of an offseason for Boston if that were to happen. People judge them every summer and then a lot of people stick up for them saying saving these assets is smart. It's like okay but for how long? could of made a deal with Indy for PG, then used that to get Hayward but who knows that scenario maybe doesn't work because Hayward might just wanna put up numbers in the east, in that case miami is better for him.Haywards wife (allegedly) wants to go to Miami. No legit source, a work buddy read it somewhere. If that were the case thats some pretty strong pull. Makes sense though, who's wife would rather go to Boston than Miami? Beer and rowdy sports fans or tans and manicures? But knowing how this rumor shit usually goes, he'll probly end up somewhere totally unexpected...or Utah.
