Yep. And last year, you said we should be trading the pick we tanked for because a rookie can't help Dame. What if we had won the lottery? Are you saying Banchero couldn't help Dame this year? It's amazing. You just have so much to learn.

Yep. This is an excellent class. Keegan Murray hasn't played yet and Chet won't play til next season. We chose the right year to tank.

A quality opponent??? The Nets are one of the worst teams in the league! Of course the Pels were going to roll over them.

That would be a horrible decision. The Lakers are bad and when LeBron breaks down, they are going to be worse. Their only hope to improve is to use those picks to draft elite young talent. Trading them for Turner and Hield? Yikes. That won't be enough to win the title and their future would be shot. They'd go 10 years without making the playoffs.

Clippers were completely healthy in 2020 and choked away a 3-1 lead in the second round. At their core, the Clippers have no leader on the floor. Kawhi is great but Lowry was the leader on the Raptors. For this reason, I don't see how a healthy Clippers team beats Golden State. They certainly can't beat the Bucks!

right now, there is an 8-way tie for first in the 15 team western conference. I wonder if that has ever happened before....probably?

I saw that last night and wondered how hard Westbrook was trying not to look annoyed every time Beverly spoke. At some point, he is going to lose it if Beverly tries to instruct him on how to play D.

There were 3 guys for the Lakers that shot horribly. I don't see that happening two games in a row.

Beverly 1-7
Nunn 0-7

That is a combined 1-25 yet they were still in the game. And they have 2 nights off to think about it.
I wish we were not playing them next. Overall the Lakers are not very good, but on Sunday I expect them to win. Hate playing teams who are desperate.

Was in [edit: it] Vanterpool who was yelling at our guys to back off and let Russ shoot threes in the OKC series, or one of the other assistants? Whoever it was, he permanently broke RW.
