"BRI is only a fundamental metric in the NBA's business model. It is the total aggregate operating revenue used to determine the annual salary cap, with players guaranteed approximately 49% to 51% of the total revenue generated. So that leaves essentially 50% of that same revenue to the team."
OK....you've generally defined what BRI is but basketball-related-income is pretty self explanatory
"Now when talking about seating and Luxury boxes you have some validity to your argument but really only a portion because those prices will increase."
those prices always increase, but there's not a shred of evidence they have increased, or will increase, because of Yang. There's also no rational reason to believe they will
"Also the Teams physical Assets are not included. So you can start a search there. I'm not going to do all that research for you."
wut? "
included" in what? Are you saying the Blazer practice facility became more valuable because of Yang?
"Then you can start with the revenue sharing part that they get to keep."
that is exactly what I've been talking about. That just about all of the avenues for revenue out of China have been swept up and included as BRI by changes in the last 2-3 CBA's. And it wasn't just the NBA pushing those changes, it was also, and in some cases, mainly, the player's union. Just about all revenue generated internationally goes to BRI
there have even been significant CBA changes to the revenue generated at home games and at NBA arenas:

Again....a lot of this has been due to pressure from players and the player's union. Their goal has to been to amp up BRI as much as possible because they get half. A lot of these CBA changes have actually been pretty significant but have also been under-reported or unnoticed.
which is why I have been pushing back on the assumptions that drafting Yang did anything significant to increase revenue for the Blazers alone. Just about all of whatever revenue is generated by Chinese enthusiasm will be part of BRI. And why Atlanta and Detroit will earn about as much from Yang as Portland does.
