GO BLAZERS!

Lillard going against Mirror Universe Lillard. It's gonna be good!

You forgot the Kingspeed vs Curse matchup.

Anyone betting on KS?

Winning in Oakland was rare when the Warriors sucked. Now that they're legit, it's going to be even more difficult. Either that, or it'll be less difficult

This is a loss, correct?

This is the first Blazers game in Oakland I won't be attending. Can only remember losses in recent memory. Watch them win this one and I'll miss it.

KS should reverse jinx himself by bringing a "I told you they were gonna lose" sign.

Cool to see so many fans waiting for Dame at 2AM down here! ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357903831.730019.jpg

After that deplorable season last year, this team is breath of fresh air. So fun to watch.

But we gon get killed tonight.

Sweet game thread.

Never really thought about it, but every individual match up in the starting lineup is quite interesting. Batum over Barnes is the most glaring advantage but even so it'll be interesting to see the two best athletes on the floor head to head.

All the stars are aligned against us. 2nd night of a back to back, in golden state, coming off a big win. Not much to lose!

I thought the exact same thing as I was looking through the OP, although I would suggest that Hickson-Ezeli is probably our greatest advantage.

Their greatest advantage (besides home-court and the fact that we played last night) would clearly be their bench. I wonder if Sasha has the ability to slow Jack down.

Festus Ezeli is my favorite NBA name.

I remember the Blazers winning plenty here. Including some wipe out blowouts when by the 4th quarter Warriors fans have all gone home and only Blazers fans left in the arena. They haven't won here in late years, but this Blazers team is doing a lot of things they have not done in late years.

At work in Blazers shirt and red & black sneakers. Got my ticket.

Hometown boy returns to Oakland. From SF Chronicle. I was unaware of the friendship between Dame & Jarrett Jack.

Corey Maggette can't kill us with FTs now...

Gonna be a tough game tonight. Warriors are our kryptonite.

It will be tough, but one thing keeping me hopeful is that even though the Warriors are playing well, the players they have are not the same players that have killed us in the past. (except Landry) In particular no Magette or Monte Ellis.

But they do have a great crowd. Lots of energy in this building. I have not been there since the 80's but it looks to be the same.

dame back home for a showcase game, let er rip!

Great Stuff, Thanks for the link.

One of the first things Lillard did as a professional was sign a deal with Adidas. That wouldn't be anything special if he hadn't included in the negotiations a sponsorship for the AAU Oakland Rebels.
Lillard, who was considered a two-star recruit by Rivals.com in high school, grew up playing for the Rebels, who didn't have the same sponsorships as the world-renowned Oakland Soldiers. So Lillard and his teammates had to grind out fundraising events just to play in tournaments.
"I want to give guys a step up from what I went through," Lillard said. "I want them to be seen on trips and have chances for scholarships with nice shoes and uniforms, so they feel good about themselves and can play their best."

Bad A$$.
