QFT.Fuck me...This is not the year for this team. They are playing beyond anyone's expectations. They have heart. That people will sit and nitpick about this player and that who has an off night....What a miserable life one must lead.
C'mon mags - you should know by now that I don't troll, I just say it like I see it. I don't wear Rose Garden tinted glasses. It's pretty obvious that blue is trolling...
Well, they do have to walk to their cars after the game....And it seems that GS pays off the refs at home, because I always see the worst officiating in Golden State!
David Lee leading the break - LMA can't do that.

Oh - and even though we all knew it ended a while back, the RoY race is over. The league knows by now.
All year long I've thought Lillard was playing well within himself. While everyone is praising his poise and team play, I have been thinking he can do more. My suspicion is that he has been holding back because he is a rookie and wants to be viewed as a team player. It's intriguing to me that his best game of the year comes in his hometown of Oakland, where he wants to do well in front of family & friends. I think it's cool that Lillard is trying to be a team oriented guy, but performances like this just show how good he will be once he takes the "rookie" gloves off!

A.D. is garbage. They should trade him to us while they still can.I don't know, Anthony Davis had 0 reb and 0 blocks tonight, it'll be close..
I think we can all agree that KingSpeed needs to stop going to games, forever.

This is trolling. And during that stretch, you had many just like this.
I've said the same thing
That said, I don't necessarily want to see Lillard have these kind of games often. I'd rather see him setting other players up and making it easier for his teammates to score.
When his teammates don't have it though (like tonight), then he can go ahead and dominate.

I'll admit to that. I said it before, but I'll say it again - I HATE overrated players. If everyone wasn't so gaga over LMA I probably wouldn't hate him so much.It does seem like any situation you can rag on LA youll take it.
Trail Blazers PR @TrailBlazersPR Damian Lillard is the fourth rookie in @NBA history to record 37 points and 7 3s in a game - J. Kidd, B. Jennings, R. Beaubois (Elias).Lillard took over the scoring because it was pretty clear hardly anybody else had it tonight, the fact that he's a conscientious distributor that looks to play within a team concept, but has it in him to shoulder the scoring load when needed is pretty great. That said, I don't want him to become a score-first point guard just because he puts a few miles under his shoes in the league; I think that would be a huge mistake for him to try shoot 20+ on a regular basis.
I mostly agree. Derrick Rose, Russell Westbrook....they shoot about 18 times a game. That seems pretty reasonable for Lillard, who is averaging 15 currently. Mostly I am referring to his confidence. Tonight I felt like he said, "fuck it, I'm gonna do my thing cause I'm in my hometown.". And he did! What a badass!!! I say - carry that attitude over to every game. And, with experience, I think he will.
