You should really look at my arguments on police reform. I've made all these points.

IMO there should be a 4 year Law Enforcement degree.

You seem to be saying that we think all police are bad, which definitely isn't the case. We don't complain about all cops. We complain about the bad ones and we wonder why the so called good ones won't out the bad ones.
