Man goes to doctor, says he’s depressed, life seems cruel and harsh. Says he feels alone in a threatening world where what lies ahead is vague and uncertain. Will NOT click on a Clown story.
In the context of City Hall, sure. They need to look well into the future, and could be key partners in bringing in the right buyer. In terms of fans? Not just yet.Wait, this is news?
No. He's at asshole. He dropped this literally the day of highest net traffic for Blazer fan discussing playoff roster moves. And he reminds them of the fact that they could lose their beloved franchise? And this from a guy whom Blazer employees have told us doesn't give a shit about the Blazers or have any personal connection with them.
Does he have to tie a wedding gift to a divorcee's lawn chair and throw it through a window of their anniversary shouting "He's gone!" -- To be considered an asshole?
It will be and it's going to piss a lot of people off if it's relocation.Wait, this is news?
hold on. A Portland City Councilman (who I'm already not inclined to think is the most business-savvy person in the world, but that could just be my bias against politicians)...wait for it..."is concerned" that ownership "may look" into relocating?
I, too, am concerned. About the Portland City Council, and that we "may look" into reverting them all into filet mignon chunks at the next FanFest. Maybe I should tweet it.
It will be and it's going to piss a lot of people off if it's relocation.
Add in the fact that we had a very passionate owner who recently died. No way the they allow the team to move anywhere in the near future. The NBA is not going to allow a team, which is celebrating it's 50th year, has a perfectly fine arena, has a strong fan base and *owns* the arena they play in, move. Especially to Seattle. If the NBA thinks they looked bad for allowing the Sonics to move to OKC, they'd look even worse if they allowed a team from Portland move to Seattle.
They're not moving.
They say after you buy your house is the time to buy cars and boats and stuff too. Maybe whoever built this house in Henderson is ready to spend....View attachment 24741
Nobody knows who's it is yet. My old boss lives in a comparatively tiny little 6 million dollar house just below it. He says the land has been owned by a trust for decades. That's not a house... That's a fucking facility!
Mike Barrett for President, Mike Rice for GM!How long until the guys trying to bring MLB to Portland shift course and invest in the Blazers instead?
Mike Barrett is bringing baseball to Portland.Mike Barrett for President, Mike Rice for GM!
