Kind of makes you wonder whySomething the butt hurt crowd will not want to consider is that whatever was hacked and released was the unvarnished and honest truth.
The unvarnished and honest truth hurt the criminal's chances of getting elected?
LOL
Fuck the truth, eh?
Certainly a portion of the truth (and I'm glad the Dems got exposed for the frauds they are), but we don't know yet if the Russians also hacked the Republicans and found equally damning stuff, but chose to withhold. Maybe time will tell that they never had anything (or found anything), but to say definitively that we have the whole truth at this point seems tenuous.Something the butt hurt crowd will not want to consider is that whatever was hacked and released was the unvarnished and honest truth.

Here's a nasty thought:
We do it to them and their elections.im glad that truth came to light.
other countries hacking americans and cherry picking it to influence our elections, not so much.
That would imply that Assange ever vetted anything before dumping it on the web. That sounds like complete bullshit.Assange admitted he had files on Trump, he just said he wasn't going to use them, because they were no worse than what was coming out of his mouth, which is a horrible excuse. Transparency is transparency, you release it anyway...unless, he is saving it....maybe he is getting tired of being stuck in that embassy...
Who knew Obama had those kind of computer skills!Didn't Obama try to swing Israel's last election?

I don't know. Maybe they have dirt on Trump from his various trips to Russia and want leverage over their new "friend?" I can think of a number of reasons why Putin would prefer Trump to Hillary. But like I said, we don't know if we have the full picture.Trump.
Damaged his own efforts plenty.
Similar republican emails would show what?
That the party machine opposed him? It would have helped Trump.
Or maybe they don't want the war Clinton was steering us toward.I don't know. Maybe they have dirt on Trump from his various trips to Russia and want leverage over their new "friend?" Actually that's not what he said. He specifically said the stuff he had wasn't even as bad as what trump said outwardly already. Assange did not like Trump as much as Clinton. Let that be known.Assange admitted he had files on Trump, he just said he wasn't going to use them, because they were no worse than what was coming out of his mouth, which is a horrible excuse. Do you really want tit for tat with every shitbird thing we have done? The slippery slope. We deserve a reckoning. But I don't want one.
This is what adversaries do to each other; covert acts to destabilize or weaken their opponent. The Russians and the Chinese are natural geopolitical adversaries and them fucking with us (or us fucking with them) doesn't have much to do with "revenge," it's just the expected course of events when powers jockey for primacy. So score one for the Ruskies this time around, but us stopping covert actions and psy-ops isn't going to make the Russians (or Chinese, or anyone else) stop their operations. We ask for these shitbird things done back at us for doing them to others.
Duh.
Don't want a reckoning? Stop doing wrong things.
