Same, as far as the NBA goes.

I was at a high school game once as a kid and witnessed someone score 9 points in 4 seconds to win a game by 1 and it was insane. It was to get into the state playoffs, no less. Everyone was just totally flabbergasted at how someone could take over a game like that in such a short amount of time.
