Reusable grocery bags help spread disease. Those things are probably dirty as fuck.

See Italy, that will be us in 11 days.

Even if you don't believe it you should prepare for it.

We aren't right now where Italy was 11 days ago.

US--704 cases officially as of March 9th.
March 9th minus 11 days equals February 27th.
Italy--655 cases officially as of February 27th.

You're right: we're slightly ahead of where Italy was 11 days ago.

The US has 5x the number of people and 32x the land of Italy.

Nobody said it was a per capita figure. It was just a comparison of the rate of escalation in total cases.

Population density would have a big impact on transmission, as would lifestyle. Americans tend to stay home more than than Italians.

Population density at home would have an impact as well...I mean if you work at home but have a spouse and 3-4 active kids you probably also have a decent chance of catching it from them.

first case for Cornavirus in Multnomah county.

The thing is, the public needs to be made aware of the person's travel habits and identify the person so others in contact with that person know they should be on alert. Really irresponsible, there should be some kind of "heat map" made.

I'm not always on board with Joe Rogan's guests, but I'm listening to this one now.

Michael T. USA now has 1600+. Thing is they can't possibly be 100% accurate about the count. Do you really think everyone that gets put in self quarantine is self quarantining? There's probably hundreds that are told to self quarantine and don't. They go out to eat, gym, movies, live events, out shopping and more. These people are out & about just spreading it more and more. country is so far behind they can't possibly be exact on the numbers.

Yep. They need to take infected persons out of society into a monitored facility. I'd imagine that there are, at a minimum, double the infected persons.

We are failing miserably. Could you imagine if this was something more nefarious?

My concern is the Stagecoach Festival next month in Coachella. Been looking forward to it for a long time as I've never been to it before.

Slightly. US went from 100 to over 700 in 7 days. Italy went from 79 to 655 in 5 days. So our rate of increase is probably about 30% slower than Italy's was 11 days ago. The point, however, is that when comparing several countries, that 33% daily increase rate is reasonably average. US daily increase rate over the past 7 days has been 24%, 27%, 40%, 44%, 36%, 24%, and 30%. Average rate of increase in the US has been 32.2% over the past week--not far off the 33% line on that chart.

If that same rate continues for another week, US will have about 5,000 cases officially--who knows how many practically.

The US Healthcare system is shit, as is the government's response. This can get really bad. They need to 10x their efforts and closures.

People are also disgusting, dirty creatures.

Meanwhile you got all these businesses that are panicking. sending these letters out to their customers telling everybody how clean they are and how much they sanitize. All it takes is one person to walk in and sneeze, cough or even touch something.

Far more people now die from "the flu" in America than died before flu vaccines were developed and injected into people. Vaccine use caused hundreds of mutations creating far deadlier strains.
The coronavirus is killing Americans who have been repeatedly vaccinated against the flu, and nobody else.
Health officials are so far the primary source of deaths caused by the virus in America, and the sources of initial infections brought into America.

Please stop with the silly conspiracy stuff.

True. It's EXACTLY the same. I stand corrected
It takes a big man to admit his mistakes. You have shown countless times what a big man you are. Oh come on. I didn't mean it, it's just that the devil inside me made me say it. Moo ha ha ha ha
