Valid opinion. I think there is much more to life than making money. In fact, I don't really give a shit about amassing wealth. I guess what is important to one man, means nothing to another. Bilking people out of money is not genius, in my opinion. And, furthermore, doesn't command an ounce of respect from me.
I didn't say I respect him..Jeff Bezos is a genius too.
Limbaugh didn't break any laws that I know of. He's a radio guy. Don't have to listen to him.
I won a 100 dollar bet on April Fool's day. A guy I work with said Oprah had just decided to run for President in 2020. I was like...No way.
He said he just heard it on a podcast he listens to and played it for me.
I told him it was too late and she didn't want to run and blah blah blah.
I don't remember the name of the guys he listened to but he said they never lied and he believed them.
We bet 100. After we bet, I asked him if they played April Fool's pranks on their show.
He was distraught when he realized it and played it again and caught the April Fool's part.
I'd just loaned him 300 bucks the week prior (he doesn't know what usury is) and I had him near tears.
Finally I let him off the hook....
MORAL of the long story is that people want to believe that guys like Rush and Hannity and Lemon and Maddow won't lie to them or use them.
If the fish tank cleaner woman didn't kill her husband like I suspect, she probably is the type to buy everything some guy like Rush says.
