I think the idea would be sending CJ somewhere else, but who wants CJ these days?No thanks. Not bringing CJ back to Portland...
I'd be open to discuss a deal surrounding Zion or Ingram... but no CJ.

Sure, why not.Dame for CJ/Nance? And Daniels, picks, etc.

Of course! Wonder if 76's would: giving up Harden, Maxey and a FRP for Lillard?
Just saw free agent bigs list and Noah Vonleh was on there...he's only 25 years old...also Skal Labissiere is a free agent, I think Moses Brown, Kyle Alexander...those are your cheap bigs on the market.

someone make a new thread called Vonleh 28, so everyone can keep yelling at riverman.
28 is his age and number of games you can pencil him in for!Nurk is also 28, you know, for those counting and all![]()
You think they want Dame that badly? Badly enough to mortgage their future?Back on topic we really should demand Bam for Dame...they get Nurk too and we get their picks and rookies
Yeah….. I thought Dame was worth a lot more than it seems he is worth. I have listened to a lot of national guys and none of them really think he’s worth a haul. The Miami package isn’t great but there’s just not many teams out there that realistically fit for him. If he was 31 the story would be different. We should have traded him two years ago.You think they want Dame that badly? Badly enough to mortgage their future?
Dame is going to learn a helluva lesson about his value when he shows up here at training camp

Yup. His value will only continue to go down. And if he gets injured we are fucked.like I said, it’s a bad deal now or a worse deal later. If I’m Cronin I pull the trigger the day before camp and just take the loss.
Oh he won’t play for us again. It’d hurt his value. I think both Cronin and Dame would agree there.Yup. His value will only continue to go down. And if he gets injured we are fucked.
Funny seeing the people who hated Olshey not trading Aldridge before he walked are some of the same people saying we should take back garbage from Miami.
Like Aldridge leaving for nothing, getting nothing of significant value for Dame might very well hinder the prospective success that Scoot/Shaedon can have.
Aldridge walking for nothing = zero value.Funny seeing the people who hated Olshey not trading Aldridge before he walked are some of the same people saying we should take back garbage from Miami.

Yeah, we have Dame under contract for the next four seasons. With that said, Dame is by far a bigger star than LaMarcus ever was so he'll likely get his way.Aldridge walking for nothing = zero value.
Trading Dame to Miami = at least some picks and some young players.
The situations are not at all the same.
