Do you think Elleby will get a 2nd contract in the NBA?

And I remember long time ago, being down 6 points 2mins to go you were going for quick two and go back on defence. Bc 3point plays had lower chance to go in. Not any more.

Smart try... no Hurd it’s not about using up fouls it’s about we need a steal not knicks making FTs

They should make them watch Washington game on the plane home. Great example of ball movement and getting away from isolation game. We have good shooters you need to move the ball. Ball moves faster than people.

Melo threw his shoulder into him well after the rebound. I would have let it go, but it wasn't the wrong call.

Did you just see the push-off by Randal with 2 minutes left? He grabbed the rebound with one hand and pushed off with the other. That happens all game long. Is it a foul? Sure, but they never call it. And the foul on Melo should not have been called either. (Unless he threw an elbow which he did not) The ref called a foul on something he thought he saw, but never happened

Okay, then enjoy your mediocrity. The Knicks actually see huge improvements.

The Blazers? Not so much, despite the plethora of riches on his roster.
I can talk about the game or criticize the team...all the while liking the coach and players.......you don't get to talk about my mediocrity...that's personal and has no place in a game thread. I'll withhold insulting you over it

This season is like last season, but they're actually above .500

It's a wasted season. Any chance the team has been given to put any kind of distance between it and teams around them, has gone for naught.

Rebuild is coming soon. Simons Trent and Little are the future just need to find a star in the coming lottery years

I'm amazed this team went into today tied for 4th in the West. Way above realistic expectations given the circumstances for sure.

I'm not surprised at the result. The Knicks aren't the awful Knicks we've seen the last decade. It was the last game of a long road trip. Dame and DJJ were coming back after missing time with injuries. We just had an emotional win.

Truthfully, I didn't think we played all that badly. We did the bad things we typically complain about. The only real difference was we missed a few more open shots and got down and missed a few more open shots at the very end that we've come to expect to make.

This road trip could have been much, much, much worse.

Now, just hope Dame's OK and we go home.

Things I was encouraged about:

1. RoCo seems to be settling in. He's hitting his shots with more consistency and even doing some stuff inside. Playing a bit like Gerald Wallace. Still a few silly mistakes in this game, but I thought his good outweighed his bad. He's getting better.

2. Ant, even on a minutes restriction, is finding his role. He's figuring out that he can be more than a 3-point shooter ... which, ironically, is making him a better 3-point shooter.

3. I thought Blevins did a great job on the bench.

Please provide a link to the facts. Telling me there are on the internet is not providing them. I googled "terry stotts injuries excuse" and these were the first two links to come up.

100% opposite of what you're saying. Facts.

Don't bother though. It won't be enough for you either.

Nothing will. Consider this the last time I hold your hand and show you the light.

When Dame plays that doesn’t happen

Blazers destroy the best team in the east, get destroyed by one of the worst

Didn't watch but I take it team reverted back to a heavy dose of Hero ISO ball again :sigh:

Minutes restriction for Ant.....and then they put him back in at the end of garbage time? WTH?

And still should be better. Losses like this, OKC, Chicago - gonna haunt us as we play better teams.

Maybe ... maybe not.

It might hurt us in playoff seeding, but it might help us in figuring out how to play together, how to value more possessions, etc. I don't know that losing to Chicago is going to have a negative impact on when we play Denver.

Blazers could have won this. Some of the sloppiest basketball I have seen.

Blazers 0-2 in early games
