I want to see a lot more of this:
All of those assists were during Nurk Fever (his first 20 games as a Blazer in Feb/Mar 2017). Just look at how many of them were passes from the high post to cutters diving to the rim. And of those, look how many of them were to Moe. If Collins can consistently knock down the open corner 3, with Nurk in the high post, it will spread the floor for Moe and the guards to cut to the basket. More player movement, more ball movement, more assists and more easy baskets. It's exactly what this team needs.
That was so effective, I have no idea why it wasn't part of the game plan in 2017-18. It was like with a full offseason to think about it, Terry decided to park Nurk down on the low block and force feed him early to get him "involved" and "focused". All that seemed to do was cause Nurk to resort to wild, low percentage flip shots, and unforced TOVs against other starting centers. Fuck that. Save the low post beast Nurk for when the other team goes small and he can simply overpower his smaller defender. Early in the game, or when the other team goes big, get Nurk in the high post, spread the floor with your shooters and run backdoor cuts for Moe.
Again just go back and watch that video. That is some beautiful shit, right there.
