This stance is not constitutional. It violates the 1st amendment, the 4th Amendment, the 5th amendment, and very obviously the 14th amendment.

This stance is bad for society. It causes increased crime, increased violence, increased suffering, decreased economic productivity, and reduced overall health.

This stance is not logical.

There is something to this. Radio shows these days report flat out wrong information.

That should cost them their license to operate. The FCC should be able to do that. Same with television News.

And they should be able to require a banner disclaimer on every fake news website stating that it is in fact fake, and for entertainment purposes only.

I didn't realize that.

It does stop the investigation while the special master looks over the documents. Whoever it is, will likely try and eliminate as much as possible from the investigation saying it's personal or protected by privelage.

The investigation won't begin again till the judge says so and by then who knows what will be left, not to mention it could be held off for years, allowing him to run and get re-elected as president.

Looks like this could be one more thing he will get away with.

I'm not really a trump fan, but his quality lies more in the fact that hes not part of the democreeps cult. We had no new wars and a much better economy under trump. The left got trump derangement syndome, now biden is doing the things they said trump would do.

Trump has no quality. He is a lying, scam artist. I admit the government system prior to Trump was corrupt, too many from both sides with the lobby in their pockets. Too many for power and greed over service to the people. Trump was not the answer. In fact he was and is the exemplar, the epitome of that very corruptness. He used his presidency only for self gain, and to help his rich friends. His children and son and law were just as unscrupulous. He ignorantly became the lap dog of our enemies, hence no wars. Trump was far from what we needed. He has only made this country worse.

What has Biden done that was said Trump would do?
