Did you, by any chance, read the little blurb that was included?

"
The Trail Blazers stumbled on the court last year, finishing with a record of 28-38, after three straight playoff appearances. Fans still flocked to the Rose Garden as the team had the second-highest attendance in the NBA, averaging 20,496 fans per game. The Rose Garden is one of the few NBA arenas without a naming rights deal. Team president Chris McGowan hopes to have one secured over the next year in a deal worth $2.5 million annually. Team owner Paul Allen, one of the wealthiest men in the world (net worth: $15 billion), owns the Rose Garden after buying the building out of bankruptcy in 2007."

You should've have noticed that this was from 5 years ago AND also noticed that many of the pictures of players were players not currently on some teams AND it talks about the naming rights which is in it's (at least) 3rd year now.

Here's a significant blurb:
Forbes said:
The league’s 30 teams generated $5.2 billion in revenue last season and $900 million in operating profit (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization). Both are records. The NBA’s 2011 collective bargaining agreement, which enhanced revenue sharing for poorer small market teams and cut player costs, means that every team except one—billionaire Mikhail Prokhorov’s Brooklyn Nets—turned an operating profit last season.
