Dragic leaves town, no deal with HOU, "possibly" far apart and he expects to start for the team he signs with - LOL, maybe good thing HOU kept Lowry

Re: Now what? i.e. Free Agency

God I hate potential.... the NBA should have brackets with a minimum/maximum you can be paid and you have to achieve certain stats to reach those brackets...

Interesting...pay an amount for each statistical goal...the pay range for each stat is fixed by the league...within each range, the specific contract amount is negotiated between team and each player differently...

Re: Now what? i.e. Free Agency

Yeah... that's pretty much how I feel. The guy hasn't done nearly enough to warrant this much fuss.

I agree, Batum has taken up several long threads. Hickson would help us just as much, for half the money, and a quarter the server space on this board. You wouldn't have to work as hard.

I wouldn't have to stay up all night reading this damned thread from start to finish. Life would be a dream.

Re: Ridiculously Expensive Agency

Have a feeling little will come out of FA for the Blazers when it's all said and done

Much ado about nuttn', much like this thread, but at least I'm on Post #334.

Per @HowardBeckNYT the Brooklyn Nets sign Mirza Teletovic to a contract. The Cavs and Trail Blazers had been mentioned as possible suitors.

Mike Wells: Free agent guard Gerald Green and center Ian Mahinmi are expected to meet with the Pacers at some point in the coming days.

The Kevin "Golden Boy" Pritchard narrative sure seems dead ... First that stiff Miles Plumlee, now these hacks? Yech!

Bill Simmons: Kudos to Toronto: Any time you can spend $20 mill on an 11th man to pave the way to spend $36 mill on a 39 year old PG, you have to do it. 2 minutes ago

-referring to the Raps signing Landry Fields to a 3-year offer sheet, so NY cannot use him in a S&T for Nash.

I like the move. Nash will be worth more to them than both contracts put together

I believe the Blazers had been interested in him. Oh well.

Emiliano Carchia: AS reports that tomorrow Real Madrid will announce the return of Rudy Fernandez to the team. Rudy has played in Madrid during the lockout now

Too bad. So sad.

You are not worthy of the NBA.

As @SpearsNBAYahoo reports, Celtics finalizing deal with Jason Terry. Boston is still determined to keep Ray Allen too, sources say.

Al Iannazzone: Raymond Felton very much on the Knicks' radar and might be their best option if Nash picks Toronto or other teams. 2 minutes ago

LOL.

Alan Hahn: According to @Chris Broussard Jeremy Lin will visit with the Rockets tomorrow. Allow market to set his price for #Knicks to match. 1 minute ago
