I believe Portland had the best road record last season, so I don't see any reason why they cant break the ice in Houston, new coach and all.

The Rockets are going to want to get a win pretty bad

The Rockets are the worst "bad team" to get right against. They've made games close against some good teams and they play fast and with a lot of energy all game long. I saw them play the Warriors, and while the Warriors eventually established order, for a while the Rockets kept cutting leads down to nothing in constant attack mode. A disciplined defense will eventually cause their undisciplined offense to fall apart, but right now I don't have a ton of faith in the Blazers' defense over four quarters.

I'd obviously still favor the Blazers to get the win, but this isn't a trivial gimme, IMO. If the Blazers aren't playing hard and well, the Rockets could throw a scare into them or even upset them.
