I think as I watch the team, we're missing the vocal coaching on the floor of vet Gerald Henderson and vet Chris Kaman slapping guys upside the head on the sidelines.....WE NEED A BIG MAN COACH with Kaman gone....hire Sheed or Duncan or frickin Kevin McHale or Ewing...get our bigs some better direction

Jones is a 19% three point shooter and he hit a couple like threes but we're fine and we've done a good job containing AD. PLumlee and ED are playing great. Crabbe hitting shots is good too.
