he's just so poor at everything else and after a few good early games and what I have seen since I am not very confident he can shoot it all that well, and he simply can't create his own shot either. I think we need another guard (SG) who can play and shoot

I think he is a good defender from a team standpoint. He played well early like you said, I hope it'd continue. If we get a better SG, count me on board!
