Nothing, to me, is more pathetic than watching 20,000 people lose their ever loving shit for a $1.00 item that they just got for free. It’s SO EMBARRASSING
We do have fans like that and that’s my point. The 6ers fans just won, like, a frosty for something and they lost their minds. I see the same at Blazers games. It bugs me that that’s the loudest I’ve heard their fans tonightI wish WE had fans like that. Have you seen our home crowds lately?
I feel like philly fans have more to be excited about in the next couple years than blazer fans do which is pretty sad. I mean yeah we have Dame and cj but what’s nurks ceiling? And are harkless and turner even worth anything? Olshey talked crazy about assets but I don’t see any here. The value of guys like harkless and Leonard, turner is so bad. We have no free agent success and we aren’t gonna be a lottery team so how do we even upgrade? Traded up to get Collins for what? To sit there and wait to try and develop? Could of gotten somebody better at 10
Man Turner is Trash!!!I still think Evan Turner was nothing more than a panic plan b move by Olshey. They went after Parsons, and when he turned us down the didn't want to be left with their dicks in the wind, coming up with nothing with all the cap space we had.
Oh shit I do that all the timeThat’s how I feel when a bad team is losing and people talk about refs

Well turner was surprised himself he got that offer. It was one of the first done deals of free agency as well. I also believe as soon as we knew whiteside wasn’t coming or Parsons it was a panic moveI still think Evan Turner was nothing more than a panic plan b move by Olshey. I just said thatUm philly has wayyyyyy more to be excited about and it’s not close

I just said that
this roster is loaded with mediocre NBA players. But then when they have a good game everyone thinks THAT is really them. No. They are really the mediocre player. It’s why I picked them to have 37 wins. They have Lillard and CJ and that back court isn’t going to work long term. Nurk has talent but he’s a ways off from being a reliable third star because until he decides to play with a permanent chip on his shoulder he’ll get beat. And that’s it. Mo is Mo. Not sure why all the “breakout” stuff. People got fired up because Pat had a random great game. Then Noah. Then Ed. Then Meyers. Then Shabazz. None of them can do it over and over. Not even close. This is exactly who we should have thought they were. Neil has to fix it and the only way that happens is with some real tough, unpopular decisions. Remember, at the time, when Monta Ellis was traded to Milwaukee for Bogut half of the GS fans were unhappy. It turned out ok. Shit half wanted Steph to go not Ellis. People don’t like to hear the comparison but it’s not far off.
