I wonder at what point you decide that Dame, CJ and whoever will never be enough to compete against several of the elite teams? I would love to dream of Dame, CJ and Nurk being the foundation of a great team, but I can't see it. Just not enough talent. Do you ride this out for five years and then start again? Give Philly credit, they were patient and probably have the makings of a solid team in a year or two. I just don't see Portland ever really competing with Golden State and after that, Philly. I guess in theory if they added a very strong SF and/or PF then maybe they could get lucky. I'm just not seeing it.

Noah is our best rebounder (especially since nobody else does it...) and it's not even close.

I say we cut a few people and bring in Jordan. We might have to eat the LT though. But no more Meyers, Turner, and Layman. Or trade CJ for Jordan, maybe?

I’m almost starting to believe you have to trade one of them though I think if we had better players surrounding them it could work. In a hypothetical, I love cj but he would have to be the sacrifice. However I would like olshey to surround dame and cj with actual talent before that decision is made because the guys around them right now are just bad.

Last couple times I've seen him in action I didn't like his play.
He was ball stopping. Granted he might actually have hit a shot tonight when the 76Centers were packing the paint but *shrugs* who knows.

Evan Turner had more assists than our starting guards combined (Cj with 0). Lillard and Cj also had more turnovers. I kinda understand Dame only having a few assists here, as he put in a third of the team baskets. But how does Cj have a great big 0 assists on 29 made shots by the rest of the team? Our starting guards gotta find a way to get the team involved, or we're going to be sub .500 really quickly here.

Might not be correct, but I have always thought that if Nurk and Embid both get a rebound at the same time, causing a jump ball, that the player whose team gets the possession on the jump ball gets the rebound.
