How can people say some of us are being too negative? I'm still here watching every game hoping they pull it together but it's the same story every time. The offense is fine. The defense and lack of effort I have seen on defense is pathetic. There is a reason why a few games back dame said we suck. Because they do right now. Nobody is saying they still can't turn it around but what am I supposed to believe in? I have watched every game all the way through, even the blowouts and all of a sudden some of us are too negative? Lol. Okay then. Don't talk about the problem guys just sip this kingspeed kool aid
 
Any theories as to why Meyers didn't play in second half? He has played huge in our last two victories.

I know deep down you are positive too. Otherwise, why would you watch the games? You believe they can turn it around.

Of course but I'm not gonna be like "don't worry guys, it's all good". I'm gonna say we suck right now which we do. My team sucks until they prove otherwise
 
Cippy, here's some truth: when we had Aminu, we got off to big leads EVERY SINGLE GAME and then Turner blew it. Now Turner is getting more comfortable. When Aminu gets back, we'll get big leads and Turner will maintain them. No joke. If Aminu isn't crucial to our success, why sign him, why play him? We need Aminu back. Now.
 
I think what makes it worse watching this horrible team, is the new commentators. They're not bad, but I've been feeling nostalgic and watching random old blazer clips on YouTube and god do I miss mike & mike. The games aren't even fun to watch anymore.
 
More positives. Harkless is consistently playing well. Plumlee has become the best passing big man in the NBA.
 
Some swiss dude is in our house, acting like he's hot shit after our pathetic defense.

Yea until we find someone that can play the middle as a rim protector we are just high lottery team. Dame two great game at point and started good with 5 assist this game and none the 2nd. Sometimes it seems when he see he not going get his average he starts play ISo game to get his. CJ was hot at the start but went away from him. It dame job to control the game and sometimes he can be his own worst enemy.
 
I would understand some of negativity if we were 4-15 or 3-16. That would be bad. But we're 9-10 and our last two victories were blowouts in our favor. We'll be fine. We took a bit of step backwards on the glass tonight but I'm sure Stotts will address that.

The 4 seed only has two more wins than us right now. Don't banish us to the lottery just yet.

They aren't fine, they're underwhelming this year, playing horrible and at times, non existent defense. They're on pace to miss the playoffs and get a weak lotto pick.
 
CJ got his shots in second half but he didn't hit them. He was 6/7 at one point but finished 3/12.

I am not banish the team at all I am talking right now. Yes we can turn around but right now we aren't that team i seen in the playoffs.
 
Where were some of you when we blew out the red-hot Pelicans on Friday night? Many of you only show up for the losses.
 
We are almost a fourth of the way thru the season. Theres enough sample size now.

This could get ugly quick. need some serious improvement. Or trades

Dude do you understand the Blazers have the worst defense in the NBA ??

There's no we will be fine when you suck this bad defensively. Blazers get blown out about 2 times a week this season. This season is over.

This is a personnel issue. It doesn't matter what kind of adjustment you made, what kind of speeches is given, the type of players we have are not designed to be good defenders. A semi rebuild is needed here

Our 2 best defenders are out. When Aminu gets back, we will be much better. So you're right.
