Rodney Hood was taken out of Wednesday’s game with about four minutes left when he complained of Achilles soreness. Tonight, he suffered a torn Achilles and will be lost for the season.

Quick is kind of a dipshit...yeah

at the same time, the Hood situation raises a ton of questions about the Blazer medical staff and the decision they made. That all needs to be examined especially considering the Durant template of what-not-to-do is out there for everyone see. It sure looks like Portland followed that template and got the same result

The game wasn't as one sided as it appears. We just couldn't seem to couple good defense and offense simultaneously, every time we got multiple stops we went cold, and every time we were clicking on 0 we couldn't get stops. To compound things they were calling ticky tack fouls on one end and we were getting cracked in the head to gushing blood (Skal) with no calls on the other.

I was screaming the whole 4th quarter to get the starters out. We're lucky no one else got hurt.

Their work also made me feel disgusted. On top of that we lost Rodney Hood!!!!

Yes, if Dame played less than 41 minutes, it might has given enough playing time to one of the young guys for Stotts to have an allergic reaction. We wouldn't want that.

I don't get the issue with what Quick posted. It's what happened. So why the beef?

It sucks that it happened but he didn't give his opinion and didn't insert himself in the story. Simple reporting.

Just wait..... Lets hope you are right. But history says he will come out with at least one more story on the issue and then if he gets enough interest he will continue to press it.

I just didn't get why people were taking issue with his completely factual tweet.
