This has been ugly. At first, I thought it just was teams catching us on hot nights ... guys who haven't made shots all years were making shots against us.

But now everything seems off. Our chemistry seems a mess.

I wonder if having Layman going from starting to not seeing any time is at least part of it. I know he's not a big part of the equation, but our fall has coincided with Harkless returning. And we have played a tougher schedule. But we haven't played really well in any of these games.

I'm very concerned.
