Positive we shooting 53 percent from 3 and Memphis shooting 15 percent but we still loosing by 8. Yes in the game but as you can see Memphis not playing the best ball either.

I just hate this offensive approach.

Another problem with it is you can't run pick-and-roll with anyone besides Nurk. Nance and RoCo are allergic to setting good screens. They seldom even make contact. Even on that one where Norm hit the shot late in the half that the announcers were saying Nance set a good screen, he hardly made contact; it looked more like the defender expected to get tagged and looped or hesitated, giving Norm space.

Then we have no length. Our answer to having such small guards was to go small at every other position. And none of those guys are consistent shooters either. Thanks, Olshey.

I think this team would be better served to be setting off-ball screens and cutting, because Dame, Nurk, Nance and Zeller at least all can pass; everyone else on this team is a below-average passer, but maybe with those four and some constant movement we could get some good shots. I'm tired of watching the clock go down under 7 and we have to settle for someone to create a shot. All the criticism for CJ, but it looks like it might be everybody plays into that hero-ball junk.
