A lot of those turnovers in these last 2 games were in the 1st quarter. It's not like he's being forced to try to make a spectacular play when he tries to slip through the defense and Kanter on the pick-and-roll with 2 other defenders waiting for him 3 minutes into the game.
People remarked about the way he left the court at the end of the Washington game. I think maybe he thinks he has to do it all himself, but I think that's just going to make things worse. Guys have to start valuing possessions, understand time, score, flow, momentum, make open shots, talk on defense, not save the ball under your own bucket ... but Dame's not helping things by playing like we're down 7 and we have 2 minutes left when, in reality, we just tipped off.
