Ok but we both know over the last 3 seasons that those stats will not hold out so... try againDo you want to hear their atats from December? Both are shooting over 48% from 3 and over 55% from the field. Try again.
I really thought Layman played well enough as a starter he deserved to be the starting sf. I simoly dont get this Aminu/Harkless thing like Stotts is just in love with that pairing. He sticks to it like its KD and Lebron or something...
“Matchups be damned!” - terry stotts probablyI really thought Layman played well enough as a starter he deserved to be the starting sf. I simoly dont get this Aminu/Harkless thing like Stotts is just in love with that pairing. He sticks to it like its KD and Lebron or something...
This is the story of their entire tenure though, super inconsistant. Sometimes good sometimes not, but really every team basically begs those two to beat them because theyve proven a good portion of the time they cant.Do you want to hear their atats from December? Over the past 7 games, Harkless is playing better than Layman ever was. The people complaining about Harkless right now are kinda ridiculous.I really thought Layman played well enough as a starter he deserved to be the starting sf. So they're great lately. The complain is based on Nivember, then? Nah.This is the story of their entire tenure though, super inconsistant. Sometimes good sometimes not, but really every team basically begs those two to beat them because theyve proven a good portion of the time they cant.
Like I said him and Aminu have hot stretches and super come stretches all the time thats been basically their entire time in Portland. I just dont understand why he’s so determined to have Layman on the bench.Over the past 7 games, Harkless is playing better than Layman ever was. The people complaining about Harkless right now are kinda ridiculous.
Obviously not. Seems kinda silly to be complaining about players that are currently playing great on both sides. Especially saying they give you nothing on offense when theyve been very good on that end lately and providing a lot of help.Ok but we both know over the last 3 seasons that those stats will not hold out so... try again
Not saying there’s a better option on the roster but this team goes nowhere until we get a huge upgrade at one of the forward spots. You know this.Over the past 7 games, Harkless is playing better than Layman ever was. The people complaining about Harkless right now are kinda ridiculous.
You dont even understand the point Im arguing. So nevermind.Like I said him and Aminu have hot stretches and super come stretches all the time thats been basically their entire time in Portland. I just dont understand why he’s so determined to have Layman on the bench.
Everybody knows this. Not saying there’s a better option on the roster but this team goes nowhere until we get a huge upgrade at one of the forward spots. You know this.
Of course. But saying they give us nothing is unfair when theyve been great lately. Weird timing too.Not saying there’s a better option on the roster but this team goes nowhere until we get a huge upgrade at one of the forward spots. You know this.
No the complaint is based on 3 years of the same mediocre forwards. So they're great lately. The complain is based on Nivember, then? Nah.
On a night to night basis you cannot count on hark or aminu on offense and be successfulObviously not. They certainly have their moments they give us “something”, I just feel like in general Layman played well enough to keep playing at least bench minutes.Of course. But saying they give us nothing is unfair when theyve been great lately. Weird timing too.

I understand your point theyve played well lately. The timing is just I think Laymans movement without the ball, and aggressiveness is PERFECT for a match up with Memphis. He’s going to make their defense move. You dont even understand the point Im arguing. So nevermind.
