First two defensive possessions of the quarter were comically bad. We just let a guy drive off a high post screen to the bucket with no awareness at all. Next time down two Blazers run into each other taking them both out of the play.

And our screening and use of screens. Honestly, a lot of that's on Dame for not waiting for the screen to be set and not properly rubbing off the defender on it.

We pass up easy ones to create difficult ones, too. Hood's defender leaves him for a layup but he's passing outside to a covered set shooter. Melo has a layup but instead of going to the rim, does a drop step and shoots a fallaway from 16 feet.

Then Dame in the first half dribbling out the clock inexplicably and throws it to a guarded Melo with 4 seconds left? Good lord. This game's been frustrating to watch.
