Should the fans boo Kobe in his last game at the Rose Garden?

I didn't get to see the game so does anyone have any insight on why Harkless only got 2 minutes? That is less than the garbage time that Connaughton received!

I sure hope that POR is only playing Henderson minutes to try to get some trade value out of him because if they think he is a better option (overall) then Harkless then I have some serious doubts in our coaches.

I think they are looking to trade Henderson and they are bringing Harkless along slowly. Maybe they didn't want Hark picking up bad habits from playing the Garbage Time Lakers.

The only thing that makes me question this though is they aren't playing Kaman and I think he has just as much of a chance of being dealt as Henderson (where-as both have little chance).

Yeah but if we play Kaman he might break. ;) Teams should already know what they are going to get with him. And if we make the playoffs we'll need him healthy for that.

Now if Kaman suddenly plays in a couple of games before the trade deadline we'll definitely know something is in the works. ;)

I don't understand why some people act like Kaman is some super old, injury prone player who can't play anymore. He's only 33 and he played 74 games last year. He's certainly better than Meyers.

I bet if Harkless could shoot, he'd be playing more. 26% from three is pretty damn bad. Henderson is a much better at creating his own shot and shooting threes.

I bet you are correct. 1 is a shooting guard and the other is a small forward however. Harkless' game is attacking the rim. Only Stotts seems to think he has to have at least 4 guys on the court at once that can stroke the 3.

This game pissed me off....

I usually take musician friends who dont know any of the players outside of Dame and all though they have a good time, it isn't the same as hanging with true Blazer fans.
SO, I took SLy last night.

Worst mistake ever...

You know what the fucker does>? Talk music all night long....missed half the game..GODDAMMIT!!!

I think there is a perception that he played well early last season, then burned out as the season progressed. I think he doesn't play for a number of reasons: he's not in our long term plans, priority is to develop and evaluate the new guys, and yes, to keep him fresh and healthy for trade or playoffs.

He just needs to stop leaning on one leg when he shoots..
