His playmaking has been better this year. He's had generally better shot selection and has made the right decision on whether to shoot or pass than he has in past seasons. If he's 7 for 22 but takes the right shots and makes the right passes, then I can't complain about the way in which he played, because players will have cold-shooting nights but we can't really afford for him to not put pressure on the defense.

About five of his attempts tonight, had they not gone in, people would be pissed. But he’s hot and they’re going in. Taking a quick three with no passes, etc, “bad shots” unless they go in. Maybe not, we’ll see. If he fires up the same shots and misses a few in a row, maybe this place will be fine.
