Well I am one is really puzzle how he coaches he look like he get lost during games. He is set in his ways on his sub patterns and really don't matter if a guy is hot when the time comes to take him out he is out.Because Stotts doesn't know what he's doing. Why start a guy if your not gonna play him.
And people wonder why Vonleh isn't progressing as quickly as we all hoped ... Terry needs to give him consistent minutes. There few player had good game my suprise after Vonleh hit his first two shot grab a couple Reb early he didn't see the court again.
We trade those players for ones that actually contribute.and how do we get quality starters with those two said players and the rest being borderline ok or overpaid scrubs?

Funny how we praised stotts a year ago and now we want him gone. Either that or seriously change of the strategy on defense because I just watched a man on a 10 day contract put up like 9 threes and 32 points. Sure we can put that on the players and part of that is true but I think the coach has a job of making sure they work on defense just as stotts tried to make aminu a three and D player
Dude no. Keep stotts and hire a defensive minded assistant to help on that end. Obviously our current roster has holes and it doesn't seem a deadline trade is likely. We need a assistant who brings a new defensive philosophy we currently do not have.A coaching change may be in order, Stotts system leaves people way too open and forces us to switch too much. I'm tired of that.
We need coach going to hold everyone accountable especially his star players. Can you see what POP would do has our coach. I bet you our two guards would get ear full all the time about there defense.
Wait, when did Stotts have a title contender? Be honest. We haven't had a title contender since 2000. May be mid-2001 until the massacre at the Moda by LA.
I think if I was Paul I would tell Neil so this is your hornets nest. You created it. You have two and a half months to show me why signing each and everyone of these players was a good idea and what your vision was when you signed them. Even if it's a glimpse of what it was you were vision was. I want to see this on the court. And you are going to do it as coach.
I think Neil was shortly but surely being exposed for being the inept GM that he is. He cracked and took the easy way and defaulted to signing players he knew would sign because he had their rights and could offer them more money than anyone else. And players that he knew he could sign because no one was coming with that kind of money. Very little creativity goes into his game. And hasn't since day one of his arrival.
Does this mean a new Avatar is in the works?

The 2014-15 team, until Matthews went down, was one of the top teams in the NBA, record-wise. They were well-balanced, excellent offense and about a top-ten defense. I think that they'd have been the second-best team in the West that year if they had remained healthy and been a good match-up for the Warriors.
